2009 European Year of Creativity and Innovation

Europe needs to increased it´s capacity for creativity and innovation and that is why the European commission has propouse to declare 2009 the European Year of Creativity and Innovation.The European Commission represent and upholds the general interest of the Union and is the driving force in the Union’s institutional system. Then the European Council and the Europan Parliament has to take the decision this year.The purpose of the Council of Europe is to achieve a greater unity between its members and the European Parliament is the only directly-elected body of the European Union. The 785 Members of the European Parliament are there to represent you, the citizen. They are elected once every five years by voters right across the 27 Member States of the European Union on behalf of its 492 million citizens.
